1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for licensed medical doctors, medical students and healthcare professionals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at Salahadam246@gmail.com of any unauthorised use or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

3. Courses, Registration & Payments

• Enrolment in any course is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written or electronic confirmation from us.
• All fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or bank charges.
• Seats are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We may modify course schedules, instructors, content or venues with reasonable prior notice when operationally necessary.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellation by you: A full refund (less administrative charges) is available if cancellation is received in writing at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but a one-time transfer to a future cohort may be granted at our discretion.
• No-show: Failure to attend without notice forfeits the full fee.
• Cancellation by us: If we cancel a course, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort.
• Digital and recorded content, once accessed or downloaded, is non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials, recordings or downloadable materials with any third party.
• Record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell or publicly post our course materials, videos or live sessions.
• Use the Services to violate any law, infringe any intellectual property right, or harm any person.
• Interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Services, including reverse engineering, scraping or running automated tools.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including videos, slides, lecture notes, illustrations, quizzes, branding, logos and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Dr. Salah Alzait Medical Training Center and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access this content for your own educational use only. Any other use, including commercial use, reproduction or public distribution, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

Any feedback, reviews, questions or content you submit through the Services may be used by us for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting the Services. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such content. You confirm that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Our content is provided for educational and exam-preparation purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions must always be based on the practitioner's own professional judgement, current guidelines and local regulatory framework. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the content for any particular clinical application.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or embed third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Google Maps, payment processors). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of any third-party service.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome or professional result from use of our content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our directors, employees, instructors, affiliates or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Salah Alzait Medical Training Center and its representatives from any claim, damage, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent conduct, or if required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for services rendered.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.
